Can I still send my controller for repair, if I am out of warranty?

If you decided to open the controller or it was damaged in a way that excludes the lifetime warranty, yet you still need our help, please let us know.

Repair costs will not be covered by us, but if you are willing for a paid repair, we will gladly do it for you.

If the repair is successful, and you pay for it according to the estimate of our technicians and try to stick to the terms of our policy, the warranty will be automatically renewed and will remain in effect.
