What if my package got stuck at customs?

All shipments crossing the borders of the European Union must be checked and customs-cleared according to the regulations of the destination country.

We have no influence on this process and cannot avoid it, however you can be assured that customs control takes no longer than a few days.

If your package sent from us is stopped at the customs, you don’t have to worry about anything – it is required by the country you live in and is a normal procedure.

From our side, we can assure you that we are in constant contact with the customs agency and we try to make sure that all the required documents are delivered as soon as possible so that your parcel reaches you successfully.
