Why is my order taking so long?

At AimControllers, we pay careful attention to the manufacturing of our controllers. It is important that each controller is built by hand by our technicians from the very beginning.

We use original Sony and Microsoft controllers and each one is disassembled into parts to verify and make sure that the product you buy from us is free from defects.

All the components and improvements we offer are prepared one by one, all the color variations we offer are also handmade in our company.

Our designs are hand made by the varnishers only, every button is put into the controller by our technician’s hand, our Aim Paddles are attached to the controller manually.

We do our best to test each controller before it is shipped to you – this is done by our testers who are responsible for quality control.

After that, your order heads to the delivery spot, where it is also prepared and shipped by manual labor.

This process requires a lot of precision and time, so the time required to receive a controller may seem long.

Please also remember that the realization time might be extended due to the increased number of orders during holiday times.
